Who is responsible

The data controller is an individual seller based in Türkiye. Contact: support@busscope.com.

What is processed

To deliver, verify and support your license and to meet legal duties, the following is processed:

• your name
• your email address
• order information
• license key information

These data reach the licensor through your purchase on the payment platform named at checkout and through emails you send to support. Payment details are entered on the payment platform, not on this site.

What Busscope does not send

The Busscope application does not send your device data, polled values or project files to the licensor.

This website

This website does not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or cookies, and it loads no scripts, fonts or other resources from third parties. The pages are static files.

The site is delivered by a hosting provider, which, like any web host, may process technical request data such as IP addresses in its server logs for operating and securing the service. The licensor does not use these data to identify visitors.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698), where they apply, you may ask whether your personal data are processed, ask for access, correction or deletion, object to processing, and complain to the competent authority (in Türkiye the Personal Data Protection Board; in the EU your local supervisory authority). Retention

Order and license data are kept as long as needed to provide and support your license and to meet legal duties such as accounting and tax retention.
